]My card is a plain Jane 1GB EVG GTX 650. MoBo is MSI Z77MA-G45. Processor is an i5-3570k clocked to 4.2GHz with water cooling. 8GB of DDR3-1333. I built it for mild gaming and it worked fine with COD Black Ops II. COD Ghosts as you know is way more demanding. I can get a stable 45 FPS out of it but at 1137.5 corrected to +215/+430 with Precision-X (see Pic) I am about as far as I can go (See Screen shot) without modifying the boost tables which is a little over my head, am still learning. GPU Runs 67-70 degrees Celsius under extreme load. I have figured out that this GK107 GPU is kind of an odd ball. KGB won't recognize the chks for voltage unlock. Kepler mods are also limited. Since the GTX650 Superclocked 1GB edition is almost identical:

EVGA GTX 650 01G-P4-2650-KR

EVGA GTX 650 Superclocked 01G-P4-2652-KR

I can't help but wonder is the only difference between the cards is the firmware.

I will eventually step up to a "real" card. Just don't have the $ at the moment. I will eventually add water cooling to the GPU. Wondering ialso if the temp is causing throttling.

Cam anyone send me a Bios file for the GTX 650 1GB Overclocked card? There is no link to it at:LINK TO TECHPOWERUP.COM CARD BIOS LIST

Yes, you can depending on your memory brand. I unlocked by bios and it let's me go up to 1.162V so I can play BF3 at 1306.5 MHz stable for hours.
