I am upgrading to the 4770k and not sure which motherboard is best. I like the formula but the deluxe seem good to. I also see there is quad and dual deluxe boards. What is the difference? Which is best. Doesn't have to be Asus but I need it to support sli/cf and I want it to have good power phase for overcloxking.

Thanks
