EVGA GTX 770 Classified with ACX Cooler or Gigabyte GTX 770 OC WINDFORCE 3X 4GB.
I suggest the 4GB models for two reasons only:
1) It allows you to utilize all 4GB's of memory if you do ever go SLI. Which is a far easier upgrade than getting another card altogether.
2) If you ever want to mod your games, you can without worrying about VRAM limitations.
Otherwise, you can get 770's 2GB's for under $400 at the moment in the USA. For about $300. I just don't suggest anyone who's investing in a new card right now investing in a 2GB card. Even at 1080p resolution within the next two years you will find it not to be enough and 3GB to become the standard. It's just how VRAM history goes. Just look at the GTX 480 and 580. Almost unusable at this point (with new games, with all the eye candy turned up) even at only 1080p because the VRAM is a huge bottleneck (which severely starves performance). There is nothing worse than having power but not being able to use it...
