Sp2500 vs audioengine a2 or other?

Hello all im thinking of buying some speaker for Christmas biggrin.gif


If i get the sp2500 im probably going to throw some party thumbsupsmiley.png.

Audioengine a2 small portable not very loud but supposate to have better sound quality?

Amp Lepai + something rolleyes.gif too much brand im lost


Im not sure about sound quality at the end im going to get headphone ( Ath m50 so is not too bad smile.gif


I heard a lot of good think about the corsair and it has a 2 years warantly biggrin.gif



Just seen the Pioneer SP-BS22-LR interesting but for pc use? the vent is on the back

I've never heard the others listed but I have the Corsair SP2500 for several months and have been quite happy with it. You will most likely need a really good sound card (I'm using an Asus Xonar Essence STX) to reach the Corsair's full potential. There are better speakers available but, unless you have a better audio source than just CDs, you won't gain much for music. There is little to be gained over 2.1 (which is what the Corsair is) for just music. Movies, on the other hand, often can take advantage of a 5.1 or better system.

Flac cd and mp3 but im lost now the sp2500 is a better buy except sound quality and still there with the sub it kill the passive ways lol biggrin.gif
