Well, I'd suggest this:

Configure System Frequency/Voltage:

1-AIoverclocking set to "manual"
2-CPU Frequency is where you can change the fsb of your CPU. Start @ 334.
3-DRAM Frequency is where the fsb of the RAM is. Set @ DDR2-668 for a 1:1 Ratio.

4-Performance Mode set to: Auto (set to standard if not stable at 334)
5-PCI Express Frequency, set to: 101
6-PCI Clock Synch Mode, set to: 33.33MHZ

7-Memory Voltage: 2.1v or 2.2v
8-CPU Voltage Core: AUTO Or try a 1.42
9-fsb leave at AUTO
10-MCH Chispet voltage: AUTO
11-ICH leave at AUTO.

Advance CPU settings:

1-Microcide: Enabled
2-Max CPUID: Enabled
3-Execute Disabled Function: Enabled
4-Enahanced C1 Control: Enabled
5-CPU Internal Thermal Control: Enabled

6-EIST: Automatic

Advanced Shipset Settings:

1-Cinfigure Dram Timings By SPD: Disabled
2-Set to 4-4-4-12 (leave the rest at the default value)
3-DRAM ECC Mode: Disabled
4-Hyper Path 3: Enabled (disabled if not stable at 334)
5-DRAM Throttling Threshold: AUTO
6-Boot Graphics Adapter Priority: PCI-Express/PCI

That's as far as I can remember, but I'm sure a few other fellas here could help.
