Help me! New build and then BIOS Chip is corrupted?!

Hello, I just did a case transfer and mobo transfer to a new motherboard I bought, the Z68 ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z and then when I boot it up with only one stick of RAM, keyboard, and CPU; it posts but then it says

EC or EC flash might be corrupted

It keeps telling me to access SETUP to recover BIOS settings but I keep pressing DEL on the ASUS ROG Screen and it doesn't take me to setup? It keeps taking me to the same "American Megatrends" black screen with the same error. It says system will shut down after 15 seconds.

I have tried switching the CMOS battery with another CMOS battery from my Z68 -V Pro board and it still doesn't work; I even tried the clear BIOS switch on the back of the motherboard

What do I do !?!?

I bought this board off of ebay, it was listed as refurbished but working before shipped out. It was from a seller who was selling 20 of the same board and sold tons other... I thought it was going to be legitimate...

):

Im so sad what do I do!?

Does anyone know if I can fix this?????

Or do I just set up a claim and return the motherboard completely?
