The PS4 = PS3 with a new CPU and a new GPU. Ambition or just a natural progression of technology? Sounds pretty safe to me.
I particularly look forward to having a center piece to my entertainment system that can control everything. Just walk into my living room, say "Xbox On" and it'll turn on my TV and surround sound for me.

Sorry but so far, PS4 is just a fresh coat of paint of what we already have on the PS3. Might help that I'm not just sitting around gaming that much anymore and mostly partake in the extra apps; where Xbox One excels. Better graphics is a given; not even a *feature.* So what's left? Admittedly, the remote play is pretty cool. Not sure if it's only possible using the Vita, but it has its use -> like the Nvidia Shield
The whole 720p vs 1080p for multiplats is a non-issue since those games will be played at 1440p @ 60fps on my PC.
As far as graphics, they're both good enough. Xbox One is good enough, just as the PS4 is good enough.

You all have this fallacy that their's no logical/reasonable reason to purchase a Xbox One.
Then of course, it'll just come down to preferences in games which you can argue all you want....Edited by lacrossewacker - 11/21/13 at 5:27am
