Lol... it was a matter of speech. No way a single person could create a virus like that. But the question still is that Microsoft even seems to care who made the virus like these examples.

I doubt Microsoft would take issue with something that affected Iranian nuclear centers and now Russian ones. As I stated in a previous topic and treading lightly on the what's-what, it's fairly obvious it was government sanctioned because the second infected country came swiftly after the mini Syria conflict that exploded over the front pages of papers world wide. Though it's almost too good to be true.
