Hey Guys,
Above is my current specs and I am looking into upgrading because of BF4. I have had the GTX570 for almost 3 years now and have loved the card. However on BF4 I can fun almost everything on high but still feel like im lagging with FPS. I am thinking about the GTX770 or GTX780, would I have a problem running either card in my current setup? I am looking to own the card for the next 3 years and might upgrade my CPU and MotherBoard in the next six months. Pretty happy with the CPU and setup but might be getting that bug of upgrading more.

Your cpu is fine since its already oced. Since you run on 1080p, your best option would either be a GTX780 or a AMD290. If you are mainly interested on BF4, i guess your best bet would be the 290, since its cheaper and support mantle, which as they say will gain even more performance when BF4 is patched.

Yeah I am interested in AMD GPU but I hear constant stories of problems with drivers. I have never had a issue with NVIDIA and would like to stay with them. Just wanted to make sure my CPU wouldn't be a bottleneck or if anybody here has a i7-950 with a GTX 770 or 780 and how it performs

The 290 is a great card. It does however have some bugs to be ironed out before, me personally, would buy one. I would also wait until non-reference models came out.

The 780 has recently just had a formidable price drop and now comes with 3 AAA games, unlike the 290/x. I love the 780. I think it's an all around awesome card with minimal cons. Do I think the 290 is going to make a significant jump in performance once they get everything figured out and starts coming with better cooling? Yes. But the 780 is still the way to go at THIS moment in my opinion.
