Maybe, or you could stop before you doing anything when your mad and count to 20 first. Or start smoking weed.

When I was younger I'd get pissed at my nes and throw the controller at it. Knowing I had a chance of breaking it.
Of course, when I calmed down a little, i'd get pissed at myself for throwing the controller at it.

Ended up being a waste of anger. It's better to channel that anger into bad thoughts about people you hate. That way bad things happen to them, and not to you. Why should your computer bare the brunt of your anger when it's obvisiously your ex girlfriends fault, or Bushs fault. Send negative though waves towards them, let them have the bad day, not you. =)

Or do what I do, load a bowl, get stoned and forget why you got angry in the first place.* =)

* - I do not condone drug use. Of course, marijuana is only a drug to those who do not use it. Must be 18 and should probably do it at home.**

** - just kidding. Drug use is wrong, or at least thats what the government tells you, and they never lie to you.***

*** - actually the government lies to you constantly, and if you actually read the court documents from when they made marijuana a controlled substance, you will clearly see that the chemical companys pushed the legistration thru because the chemical patents they got from germany from WWI weren't any good because you could make similiar products cheaper using hemp.****

**** - you can find this information in a book by Jack Herner "The Emperor Wears No Clothes"

They weren't -technically- wrong. It'll boost voltage alright but not in the way you were looking for.
