AMD- r9 280x
or
nvidia- GTX 770

770 is going to be little better, really also depends on whether you plan to pick up second card later on or not. a lot of people would recommend crossfire over sli due to issues I'm hearing about sli, but haven't personally had a sli setup, so all I can really say is I haven't had a problem with my cf 7870's.

maybe you can get store over there to price match- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130946

is it nice and cool in your area? try to get a R9 290 but it gets hot with the reference cooler. you gonna need to oc that cpu to at least 4.5GHz.

i maxed out C3 MP (yes, C3) at 1080 last night with it at stock. Very High and 8XMSAA. lol. that is something you won't be able to do with the 770 and 280X.

It is relatively cool, yes. The r 9 280x is cheaper than the GTX770 but again price isnt that much of an issue, I am looking for something that will last like my last card has, Crossfire / SLI is something I can look into in the future but it will not happen for a year or 2

you might find one cheaper . . .

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-xfx-radeon-r9-290-boost-edition-28nm-5000mhz-gddr5-gpu-947mhz-boost-1000mhz-2560-streams-dport-d

or a Powercolor.

or

wait for the non-reference coolers sometime in Dec.
