Custom mainboard tray

Hello!

I want to make a custom (removable or not, I haven't decided yet) mainboard tray to fit inside my case. It will accomodate a µatx sized board.

The dimensions I gathered and found so far are these:

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 75

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 75

Are those correct? Are there any details I should take in consideration? How thick/thin should the back of the tray be to receive the I/O shield? Does anyone have a correct Sketchup model?

I will definitely use 5mm spacers instead of the 9.5mm ones used in the drawing. I will also only use 4 PCI expansion slots.

Thanks!

Ah yes, I see a problem. What is the distance between the spacer holes and the back? I see a gap between the mainboard and the back of the case, so I can't just put the mainboard against it. The slot cover of the expansion cards will though, but i can't measure it... I need the exact distance with a 2 decimals figure. Also, I need the offset of the pci screw holes (the ones that hold the cards).
