The X1950XT is only beaten by the 8800 series from nVidia and the 7950GX2 (the X1950XTX beats it by a bit, but you can overclock past it). If you are on a strict $200 budget, grab the connect3D, I'm sure it will work well. If you have the extra $50 though, the X1950XT will
overclock quite a bit higher.
