They're OK, not nearly as good as EVGA once was. Galaxy has 3 year warranty (non transferable and doesn't allow overclocking
) , 2 years if you don't register your card in 30 days
EVGA now has 3 year warranty ; but it's transferable like ASUS/MSI/Gigabyte (goes by serial).
Component quality wise the HOF series is stellar but there have been reports of faulty Nvidia cards from them.

P.S. Every brand has their clunkers. MSI's R9-280X doesn't cool VRM properly for example.
Edit: The VRM is slightly better than reference; the heatsink is good enough for 60°C load temps. The heatsink's heatpipes are weird in that they don't increase surface area whatsoever (they ought to extend past the base , otherwise a Vapor chamber is better for that purpose since it has more surface area.)
