CPU TEMPS ON BF4

Hey Guys,
Just wondering what your temps are running at on your CPU. I am running core temp and getting 86c* on my i7-950 with H50 water cooler. Does that sound about right? what are you temps?

You are running a bit on the hot side. Not really dangerous.

Under full load with prime 95 your temps shouldn't even be that high.

Mid 70's with that cooler would be about normal.Your case and airflow can play a big part, and also which way you have your cooler set up using outside or inside air to cool your cpu.

Yes, I would agree your temp is high. I have an i7 920 OC to 4.0ghz at 1.25 volts w/ Antec 620. Idles around 38-44 C depending on ambient temp and 67-69 at full load w/ prime 95. So similar setup as you. I also suggest possibly applying new thermal paste.

You bring up a valid point, I might have to blow out some dust from inside the case. I don't recall hitting those temps in the past but then again this is the first time I have ran that software in almost two years.
