Noob question on multiple video cards

So I have 2 crappy video cards.... Looking for some pro advice on how to use them both... They are different cards and my mboard is not SLI... It really is nothing special.. But I am just really curious of what my options are to maybe get the most out of what I have.... For example... could 2nd weaker card work to just be dedicated for PhysX? Or just to be used for a second monitor? Or should I just sell it?

Here are my specs for my budget build I made last January that I am currently am using now.

OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

CPU AMD A6-5400K 58 °C

RAM 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 (11-11-11-28)

Motherboard MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 (MS-7721) (P0) 34 °C

Graphics VA2431 Series (1920x1080@60Hz) Monitor
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 (PNY) 32 °C

Storage 465GB Hitachi HDP725050GLA360 SATA Disk Device (SATA) 30 °C
372GB Hitachi HDT725040VLA380 SATA Disk Device (SATA) 30 °C

Optical Drives hp DVD-RAM GH40L SATA CdRom Device

Audio Realtek High Definition Audio

2nd Card I have is an EVGA nVidia Geforce 6200.... Its put in slot but haven't installed drivers for it..

It's far too outdated for PhysX, and your primary card will support two monitors just fine. Not worth the time or effort tongue.gif

You can use that Geforce 6200 for SoftTH triplehead display if you have 3 monitors.
Its kinda like eyefinity but it will work on any videocard.

Ive tested that with 2 monitors on my HD6850 and 3rd monitor on a Geforce FX5200 PCI.
the first card (HD6850) renders all the images and just uses the 2nd card to display output on the third monitor.
Although the PCI bandwidth was too slow so I ended up just using the HD6850 for all monitors.
If your Geforce 6200 is PCI-E, it wont be bandwidth limited and might be fast enough for the 3rd monitor.

SoftTH is a nice program if you have a fast gpu that doesnt support triple monitor gaming like the GTX295 or GTX280
