Got around to mocking up the PSU/MOBO/RAM/Pump and Fans w/45MM pieces of cardboard for radiator representation. It's going to be a TIGHT fit. Also need to come up with a plan to shroud the exhaust fans on top, there's just no way to fit the two inside the case.

Tubing, anti-kink, fittings, res light, and TIM came today. Kind of wish I had waited out Jab-Tech a little for them to stock some more enzo's...Monsoon's seemed like the next best thing but their quality isn't even close, may just return them.

All of the hardware should be here by the end of next week, including the CPU. Also plan on adding another 5.25" bay for a fan controller, I know I can fit the drive bay itself, dremmeling up the face cover and U-channeling it will be somewhat of a pain in the ass but it seems to be the best option for controlling all 6 of the fans.

Thinking about his unit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?gclid=CLvMwKXog7sCFYiSfgodbF8AUQ&Item=N82E16811995075&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Controller+Panels-_-N82E16811995075&ef_id=UMV-0gAAS2lkcanu:20131127012846:s Anyone have experience/opinion? I don't want a touch screen/display, just a clean 6 controller module.

Finally got some real progress done. CPU+Block mounted, fan controller installed, shroud+140mm exhaust fans mocked up, all tubing/fittings mocked up, 24hr leak test underway!

Glorified unboxing+mock-up pictures:

Once the leak test is done everything will be drained/broken down again, all tubes disconnected and then transported down to Portland where I have access to much needed shop tools. I'm going to mount the power/USB header to the front of the case, drill and tap the holes for the fan shroud, MDPC every wire that can be seen, build a 140mm rear fan shroud for the push/pull, have some top fan grills laser cut (not sure on final design yet), shroud/cover the LED illuminator for the res, and I still have the 2 LED light strips to position. THEN everything can go back in and OCing shall commence biggrin.gif

After benching in the OC @ 4.3Ghz, 2400Mhz XMP on the G.Skill, and a 1250 clock on the GTX 680 everything was pulled apart. Anti-kink went onto the tubes, top exhaust fans drilled, tapped, and sealed in, the front panel got notched out for ghost mounting the power/reset buttons, all light positions finalized, and then everything went back in. Fairly painless, wire management with this case is the biggest hassle.

We didn't hit the CPU lottery with the 4770k, anything higher than 4.3 required 1.4V+ vCore, memory was unusually easy to stabilize, vRing @ 1.15 w/ +.15 offsets, vRam @1.64 in BIOS -1.655 under load.

The core temps are unstable, continuously bouncing 3-5C, not sure if this speaks to Intel's crap TIM or just the nature of the Haswell's. Considered delliding but for the time being 4.3 gets stable load temps ~75 for the first hour, ~85 max if P95/Aida64 is running longer. GTX 680 is a beast under water, never gets above 40C w/BF4 on ultra @ 60Hz 1920x1080.

Only things left to do are get the side panels cut/mounted, shroud the interior tank light, and shroud the exterior 120mm fan.

Used Polycarbonate for the side panels, mounting glass would have been an extremely hard fit using neo magnets instead of a less secure magnet strip. Ending up having the poly machined at Cambridge machining in Portland, good company. Put on ~20% adhesive oracal tint and used some M3 allen bolts to secure the panels through the handle mounts. I'll try to get some better pictures at some point in the future.
