Error with Team Fortress 2 Closing on Launch

Hi,
I am having a problem with Team Fortress 2 (TF2). I have played the game for a long time and I really like it so solving the problem A.S.A.P would be great. Today I went to open TF2 through steam like I always do, and the game usually opens right up to the main menu in about 7 seconds. Well, today, it opens to the loading screen then crashes. I get no error messages and my video card and cpu temps are completely fine. The last thing I did before playing TF2 was clean my computer with CCleaner and PrivaZer. The computer is my sig rig. I have tried running other steam games and they have run fine. I have tried multiple times to open it only getting the same problem (get to loading screen then crash). I have also tried restarting the computer and also validating TF2's game cache (while running steam in administrator mode). Neither have worked. I have also tried using -autoconfig in the launch options, this didn't work. If you need more information please ask.

Thanks.

Have you tried:

-Updating your drivers (or did you update them recently)?

-Deleting local game content for the game and then deleting all TF2-related files off of you system?

-Disabling Steam overlay?

Thanks mate, I think the issue is resolved now. I deleted the ClientRegistery.BLOB file and my tf2 folder in the steamapps> username directory.
