Slim ODD mount res?

Working on a lian li tu-100 build and I want to liquid cool it. I already have the block and the radiator figured out. I just need to figure a res for the system.... I have the swiftech micro, but its too big for the case.
So I want to get one that will fit into the slim ODD area. Now Im sure that no one makes this, so, anyone have any experiance building your own?

Why not use a T-line?

It is what was used a while ago, simply consists of a T fitting in the loop with the branch above the loop and capped off. It makes things a little harder to bleed but takes up very little space and is cheap. You can see an example below:

In this example the T-line is between the CPU block and the radiator mounted in the front of the case.

Alternatively have a look at some of the Swiftech radiators that incorporate a reservoir.

I wanted to use the opening to the ODD as a window into the res, but your right, it would be way easy just to put in the t fitting... Maybe I could just route the hose so it looks like a res window.

EDIT:
So I was thinking of using acrylic tubing for the build anyways, I might aswell just put some of the tube in the slim bay.
