Motherboard upgrade for Gaming?

Specs:

MB - Asus P6T (OC 3.8 Mhz)
CPU - intel i7 920
Memory - 12 mb OCZ Gold DDR3 1600
GPU - EVGA 770 SC
SSD - Seagate Sata III
Win 7 64 bit

This is my current set up. I feel like it works pretty well.
Would an upgrade to the MB, CPU and memory have much of an effect above what I already have?

Thanks,
Turbo

It will, but I wouldn't upgrade unless you're getting unplayable FPS in games where 770 scores better with faster CPUs.

This, at least not yet. That 920 might bottleneck the 770 slightly, but it would be very slight. That is still a decent CPU. Like others have said, I wouldn't upgrade unless you are getting unplayable FPS due to the bottleneck. I would say wait at least another year to 1.5 years. Haswell-E or broadwell will be out by then and then at that point you can decide if it would be a significant upgrade.
