They look very close indeed. I'm not loving the picture quality while moving though (or is that YouTube ?), the eagle-view looks horrible :/

Honestly the difference is pretty minor but then again, 1080p represents an absolute minimum for most of OCN. Hmmm first COD: Ghosts and now this. Honestly I really wasn't expecting to see PS4 games running at higher resolutions than XB1 games this early in both consoles lifetime. Maybe developers will figure out how to optimize better on the XB1 and 1080p patches might be released in a few months. Of course there will always be that little extra headroom on the PS4.

What's with the difference in NPC costumes? XBO version looks a bit better to me...

Yeah the different clothing seams kinda weird. As for the XBO version looking better then the PS4. I don't agree at all. Even in this horribly compressed youtube video I can tell the PS4 version is clearly superior. The PS4 has better ambient occlusion as well as atmospheric effects and dust. The PS4 version does seam to have a bit to much of post-process AA as it does look a little bit blurry but that's still better the then the XBO that has a lot of aliasing.
