New 4770k PC Overclocking questions

Hi I'm planning on building a new pc soon and I have some questions and would love to hear some advice. Its gonna be a i7 4770k with most likely a Asus Maximus VI HERO motherboard if i can find a good deal. If not i might go with msi z87-g45 but really leaning towards the asus. I'm probably gonna take my ram from my current machine but i was wondering if theres better ram for my new system and if its worth upgrading. My current ram is Corsair Vengeance 16gb (4x4gb)

Also i plan on overclocking my CPU and would love some advice and things to look out for. My cooling will be Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO w/ Arctic silver 5.

Any help would be great, THX!

I also will take my pretty new PSU from my current pc but I have some second thoughts about because im not sure if it supports the haswell chip and if its enough to support my overclock.
This is the PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Other parts are gonna be..
Msi GTX 660 TI PE
and prob samsung 840 pro

Honestly if your gonna OC haswell you're gonna need a beefier cpu cooler than the evo 212. I know many people like it myself included but OC'ing haswell on that small thing is kinda scary honestly.

Also your links to the newegg parts aren't working correctly.

Also Gelid Extreme is a much better paste than artic silver 5

With ram go dual 8 gig kit so 16gb (8gb x 2) 4 dimm motherboards like dual channel kits much more. x79 is quad channel kits.
