Shipping a Mod Build HELP

Thread Starter
I have a build with some modding done to it I need to ship. It is not water cooled, it does use an AiO. I am trying to figure out the best way to ship it. The case has a nice custom paint job and comes in at about 60 pounds for the total build.

I thought about putting it back in the original case box but I am not sure it is going to hold up with a fully built system in it.

What is the best way to pack and ship this system?

Wrap it in a couple of thick plastic garbage bags (to protect the paint..
Put it in the original box.
Put that box into another, larger, box and fill the space in between with at least 2 inches of foam peanuts.
Tape it all up with good packing tape and add a few wraps of filament tape.

I'd remove the cards and pack then separately in the large box with the case.

Or, take it to Fedex/UPS and have them package it for you. They've done it hundreds of times.
I buy/sell high end audio equipment and I use Fedex for packaging the bulky, expensive stuff.
