Cooler Master Seidon 120V or Cooler Master Hyper 212X

Rig:
Case: CM Storm Scout 2
CPU: AMD A8 5600k
Mobo: Asrock Extreme 4-M
Ram: Gskill 8GB
Gpu: iGpu
Psu: Seasonic 520w

They will likely have very similar performance given the assumption they are using the same fans. They both have VERY similar surface area for the air to cool from. The liquid cooling one might have a slight advantage but nothing to get excited about.
