Ways to lower input lag?

Thread Starter
So ive been playing BF4 and ive noticed the mouse movements are not as responsive as they were in BF3. In BF3 my aim was perfect and I felt no delay. But now in BF4 the aiming feels slippery and delayed. Are there any tricks to make movements more responsive? BTW I have raw input on and my fps never dips below 80.

Motion blur off - VSync off - Highest monitor refresh rate possible - Highest polling rate on mouse possible

outside of that, not sure..
