Best replacement for the Kana?

I ran into some money recently and I am replacing my Kana, the main problem is the button on the side is huge and uncomfortable, However, I need something that is a similar weight because of wrist problems (heavy mouse exacerbate the problem, my Sensei would be perfect if it didn't murder my wrist). So what are my options for <90g ambidextrous mouse with a similar straightforward shape?

I already own a g400, storm, g500, mx518, storm and a sensei so those choices won't work. I also play at 800dpi which is why I am unsure about a Zowie FK which seems like the logical choice,

Maybe the Kinzuv2 might work since you're already familiar with the sensor since its the same as in the Kana. Other options can be CM Recon, Zowie AM/FK, Roccat Savu/Pure Optical, Nionx Aurora (coming out in 2months).

The lack of side buttons on the Kinzu is what turns me off of that and the 1150 step on the Zowie scares me away since I've been using 800 for so long and like it. I was actually looking at a Savu. The recon is 139g which is way way more heavy than I want (70-85g) the Savu is 90g which is even pushing it but oh well.

The Ninox actually looks pretty good If the sensor and weight are good.

Edit* Just checked the Ninox is 70g and has the 3090 so it looks pretty damn impressive.

Savu. Here here.

EDIT...

To add: it is a little heavier than it should be, and a little smaller than it should be. And it hates certain pads (like my Qck Heavy - seriously, what?). But the 800 DPI step feels nice and if you can deal with the ergonomics I'd recommend it over all (readily-available) options save the EC2 white, but only because I prefer glossy mice.
