Overclock sweet spots for 2500K and 3570K

What are the common sweet spots (GHz) for the 2500K and the 3570K?

2500K- 4.5-4.8
3570k-4.4-4.6 ghz

edit- voltages also a platy a big factor

on a sandy bridge chip i will puch the vcore to 1.4 on a closed loop cooler

on ivy i never went above 1.32 volts on my 3570k since it ran hot

As Spectre- stated, it depends on voltage and cooling solutions. Are you debating between which CPU to get for a new build that you're planning on overclocking?
