You're at an interesting price point. You're high enough to afford anything entry level, but shy of anything mid range unless you buy used.
If you buy used, the DT770s are an excellent headphone that will give you a lot of good bass and will sound very clear for other genres. This is the headphone I recommend you get if you can afford it.
I'll tell you to stay away from the 440. It's overglorified and sadly you'd be better off getting Sony MDR headphones.
The AKG 240s are decent headphones. Can't tell people not to buy them, but I feel as though you'd be better off served going cheaper...say a Samson SR850 and relaxing the treble via EQ if the highs annoy you. Otherwise you almost have an AKG 240 in the Samsons. The value on the Samsons are very very high. They should last you until you have the funds to afford a DT770 or higher. They cost...$40? So that's some real savings right there.
They're excellent for spacial awareness (gaming), provide nice bass for your electronic music and have really good detail for their price range.
If you find the DT770s on CL or w/e get the 80 ohm variant. Also happens to be the cheapest version to get your hands on.
