Still have microstuttering and no performance increase, anyone?

i have a 4770k clocked to 4.3Ghz with EVGA 780 SC X2 and get solid 120 fps (i cap at 120fps @ 120hz) in battlefield 4

check your drivers to see if its updated, enable sli in drivers, or like check if the SLI bridge is inserted properly.

in drivers system info check if the PCIE is Gen 3

I did all of that beforehand except PCIE Gen 3. Is that on the Mobo?

How does single player perform? How is the performance on an empty server? Are you sure you arent experiencing server lag that you think is microstuttering when it really isnt? Let me know what your findings are.

Also, put mesh and effects details on low, that will move the load more towards the GPU side instead of the CPU side. It will also make a GPU issues a little easier to troubleshoot.

I am playing BF4

CPU limited to hell.

You don't need even a single 780 to be CPU limited often in bf4 - i hit it with 770.

Here's a recent pic with a 780 classy - see all of the dips.

You'll have them, SLI or not.

You could try something like massively increasing the resolution scale (supersampling) until you're GPU bound, but that will at best improve quality without losing performance, not actually make you gain performance, which can be sorely missing in bf4 from what i've seen

I think I fixed it. I had to reset my bios then change it to Win 8 WHQL then update my DirectX via the Bf4 folder. In turn, my frames have been about 120-130 on Ultra 1080p!

To help a bit with the CPU disable core parking.

The hardest part of achieving isn't having the right GPU's....it's the CPU.
