If you mean the PC in your sig, then no you cannot. DDR667 RAM would be from DDR2 generation and your CPU uses DDR3.
But yes ECC memory is able to run in computers that dont use ECC, that part of the memory just wont be used at all. The only memory incompatibilities you run into between type are that you cannot use registered or Fully Buffered memory in a desktop or workstation designed to use unbuffered memory. So if the memory is non-ECC unbuffered or ECC Unbuffered then it will work in a desktop, if it is ECC Registered then it will not work in a desktop. Assuming of course you are looking at the right RAM generation also.
