Yellow watercooling...

So I'm planning out a new computer build and didn't want to go with the cliche red on black (last build was a NZXT 820 with a green cooling theme)

Yellow seems pretty cool and the MSI Z87 Mpower and Avexir yellow LED RAM seem pretty cool to start with

Just wanted to see what people thought it would be better to go with yellow tubing or yellow coolant. I've used coolant on my last build and it looks awesome but I'm a bit cautious with coloured tubing as it's hard to see what it looks like due to shops listing it by itself and not attached to anything.

Also, is just yellow going to be too much? I've seen "Bumblebee" builds which look awesome but I probably wouldn't be painting the case (going to be using a 750D). Was thinking of using other colours like green or blue but wasn't sure if I could do all yellow (mobo, ram, tubing, cabling) without it looking ridiculous!

Any help/advice would be awesome!

I sorta did a yellow build, but got overcome with blue. Not by choice, but blue seems to be on everything so I bought blue leds. Primochill makes yellow tubing in the Primo flex which looks great, but I recently changed back to solid black. I would recommend doing clear tubing and go with mayhams dye.

Kingston makes a yellow ssd, don't remember the exact name.

The yellow coolant looks pretty impressive in this build:

It does indeed look very nice

I'd probably be going for the yellow mayhems, used it in my previous W/Cing build and it's very good.

Anyone know if the EK clear GPU and CPU blocks look nice? I see most people don't go for the clear blocks

Clear blocks look very nice when they have colored coolant inside them biggrin.gif

And yes, colored coolant inside clear tubing has a great look, better than colored tubing imo.

And pure yellow can look nice: Snef's Sand of God
