Upgrading from newegg: Okay to buy before Black Friday?

Thread Starter
Recently, I was looking at getting some processor upgrades on Newegg. However, I noticed they were having a "Black November" promotion. I was curious if this meant that they wouldn't be having any better deals on Black Friday itself - so that they're giving the same deals during the whole month.

What's more, I was intending to buy Intel. Their items don't seem to go on sale as often, which makes me curious if I should bother waiting.

I apologize if this thread is in the wrong forum - I looked over each of them but couldn't quite think where it would best fit.

Check to see if they will refund the difference if the price drops.
