Nice OC

What voltage where you running at and did you have a maximizer? I heard that the more stable voltages allows much higher OCs at even the same volts.

Not enough data for the RAM to be stressed hard

Try boosting your CPU to 3.2GHz

Select in Game options of 1680x1050 (with full settings) and with 4x AA. Then Force 8xSSAA in the driver settings (should be supported I believe). That might do it (Oh, and force High Quality Settings in the Drivers)
Im at 3.5 actually. Will do your suggestions but only one run per test. Getting tired of benching. Time to force 8x SSAA and High Quality image settings

I will run some benchmarks of my own tommorow at 16xSSAA, as that data load will put some decent stress on the RAM
post #136 of 349
I must say these results are interesting....No one can say this isnt enough of a stress test.

My bad.....geeez

Actually, higher speeds proved to be minimally faster at playable settings

With only 2x AA, with tighter timings I was above 40 frames 53.8% of the time, while ddr2-1167 was above 40 frames 55.2%

But they are sooo close, I dont get what all the fuss is about, now I dont know how Drax's performs at ddr2-1260, but I'm willing to bet it is within 1.5% or any other tighter settings.

As of right now, I am 15 mins prime stable at ddr2-1050 @ 4-4-4-12. Maybe even one step tighter will be possible? Not to hijack his thread but, is 4-5-4-11 tghter or looser?
