The Cooler Master V700

Enough power for my hardware (obviously)
Gold rated or higher
Good value (under $150)
meets all of those requirements and for only $69 (after promos and rebates) it's by far the best PSU for the price right now. All of the other PSU's based on the same Seasonic KM3 (e.g., Seasonic X-650, XFX Black Edition 750, Corsair AX760 and AX860) typically (and currently) go for ~$130 or more and they all use the exact same internals. The V700 is rated as gold but it hits platinum levels (CM erred on the side of caution and labeled them as gold even though they seem to reliably hit platinum efficiency), fully modular, extremely quiet, excellent ripple suppression, and has nice long cables.

(Ignore the Value score, the V700 is currently less than half the price used in this review)JohnyGuru: V850JohnyGuru: V1000KitGuru: V700TechPowerUp: V850TechPowerUp:V1000
You could also look at the reviews for the other PSUs with the Seasonic KM3 internals, their performance would be very similar to the V700.
All things considered, you won't find a better PSU at this price.Edited by SeanPoe - 11/30/13 at 11:54pm
