I'd go with an 8350+ a decent mobo and then at least 8gb of some nice ram

something like:

8350: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=8350&N=-1&isNodeId=1

Mobo asrock 990fx extreme 3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157281
or
Gigabyte 970A http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128627

8gb of 1866 DDR3 ram:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231455
now with depending on if you want to overclock, you can get higher speed ram.

and for CPU cooler I'd go with the Coolmaster 212 evo

I have one on my cpu and it works good for its price. thumb.gif

hope this helps!
