ok, as i posted before i had some problems with my pros, as it crashed becoue the vcore was set at 1.85 for some reason, i now reset all optimal settings and its at 1.55 now, thats what it is suposed to be. now the proc. is running at 1.80. i want to get it to 2 ghz. is it possible with open case cooling and not a bad fan on it.

here are my sys specs.

FIC vc11 socket 478 mobo
intel p4 1.80 ghz cpu
7300gt agp
768 ram pc133
audigy 2 15 inch monitor ( soon to be 20.1 widescreen )
5.1 digital surround sound
g15 keyboard
regualr 20 dallar mouse
saitek st290 pro joystick.
and a hot carmen electra wallpaper =P

i know i will update my profile soon, this is just for this thread. ok i have OCed before but very amature, wich is why i crashed my last OC. but then agiain the vcore was at 1.85.
ok what i dont really understand is, i know that when i go into frequence/voltage options, i can raise the mhz of my CPU, the numbers are like 105/30 mhz and they go up. that is for the CPU. now there is something above that that sais like X and a number after, i dont know what that is and if i should touch it, also the spreader thing where it shows like +-0.5 i dont know if i should touch that either, and how do i bump up my vcore? is it the X thing???
if you need anymore info please do ask
