Ran a prime torture test on my cpu

Thread Starter
I just got done upgrading my cpu (fx 8350) with a cooler master evo 212 and video card. I ran a prime 95 small ffts torture test for 11 minutes. All cores passed, and my temp got up to 49 c briefly. Is this a good reading? I'm thinking of waiting 2 weeks or so for the break in period before overclocking. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks

you definetly need to run atleast an hour for maximum temp readings. other than that if they are within that range than you are a happy person

You could try IBT, but not 100% sure how it treats AMD's. lol

I agree with him^ 30 mins to an hour should be good.
