You left OCCT GPU test going for two hours?! :O

I set the test for 20 minutes only! So it must have blown itself up in 20 minutes.

Wow, was it a new OC you were trying? Very odd!

Now comes the question - do you wait for nonref R9 290[X], or go with reference

I'll be going with reference XFX since i already own BF4 so i can get a waterblock and backplate smile.gif
and yeah but it was only at 1000MHZ WITH NO VOLTAGE INCREASE.
Cards been acting weird lately anyway so i had a feeling it would go.

Thats extremely odd. You dont have any kids or pets and an open case, huh?

How did you confirm it dead with ATI-Flash? Also, Im guessing you tried.. bit - reseat PCI-E connectors, try difference PCI-E X16 slot, etc?

I can't try different Slot due to the fact that its still plugged into my loop and i can't take off waterblock. I stripped a screw unable to take it off!
ATIFlash says NO ADAPTER FOUND when searching for GPUs.
It could be the slot but i cant even test -.-

EDIT: Ill just move my 7970 out of the way and chuck in my old ATI X1600 GPU tongue.gif:p
EDIT 2: confirmed got my 5770 running in there fine :'(
