hey does anyone know if this board is good for OC'in?

from seeing intel at the beginning of the name, no it's not. It's an intel motherboard with on board graphics (which i'm guessing you don't want). What's your price range?

For overclocking? Intel doesn't make great boards for that. And I believe only the high-end is (almost) good for that but as far as that one? I doubt.

You should try an ASUS or GIGABYTE, there's a Biostar as well which there's a few people becoming interested on that one.

Models are: P5B Deluxe for ASUS and DS3 for the GIGABYTE, I'm not sure what the Biostar is.
