You've not given us any information about your network tongue.gif

Can you copy and paste the following into a terminal please:
Code:
ifconfig -a > ~/ocnoutput.txt
for i in $(lspci | egrep -i "(network|ethernet|wireless|wifi)" | awk '{print $1}'); do lspci -vvvvs $i; done >> ~/ocnoutput.txt
tail /var/log/messages >> ~/ocnoutput.txt
dmesg | tail >> ~/ocnoutput.txt
it will create a new file in your home directory called ocnoutput.txt, copy the contents of that into this forum please (inside code and spoiler tags too, if you dont mind)

unless i'm going blind, i can't see anything in there to say what speed your NIC running at.

Also I can't see the messages log nor dmesg, did you run those commands?
