set appropriate timings for your ram, set your multi, i set mine to 8, slowly bump your fsb up until you hit the max for them voltages then bump the voltages watching your temps

What should my RAM timings be on this particular motherboard with this RAM? This is my big hang up right now. Then, what is the next step? Thanks again everyone!

After reading everyone's posts, I think I just want to get my FSB to 400. This should get me to 3.2 gigs (400 x 8). Please, what do I need to do first in order to get this modest overclock? Once again, I have never overclocked.

Set your RAM Multiplier to 2.00 and put the FSB up to 400.

Set vCore to 1.325 and save settings.

If it doesn't boot, put the vcore up a bit and try again.

When you get into Windows, run Orthos for 8 hours at least and watch your temps. They don't want to go over 55C ideally, but some people say these chips can handle 85C, but at that temp you're shortening the lifetime of your CPU by quite a bit.

Well you can bump your fsb up aways before you would have to worry about ram timings, i hit 3.4 before i had to adjust mine, but different ram may require different settings, see how how you can go without adjusting them
