I've been modifying a Prodigy itx case to house an matx board. I purchased a lian li motherboard tray/pci slot bracket and have modified it to fit perfectly inside the case. When I mount the mother board on the tray and attach both side panels the side of the motherboard is up against the window and on the other side (complete metal panel) it seems as if it is touching but there may be a tiny gap. If I assemble the rest of the pc will this short my motherboard? On the windowed side the mobo isn't touching anything but the plastic window. I know if the bottom of the motherboard touches it fries, is it the same with the sides?
