USB 3.0 works in BIOS but not in Windows 7

So I've had my motherboard for a while now and have never used the usb 3.0 ports.
Well I have too many usb devices now for the usb 2.0 ports, and I need to utilize the extra 3.0 ports
When I plug in my keyboard and mouse, it works in the bios, but they aren't even recognized in windows

Motherboard is an Asus z8z77 Pro
I have also tried installing the drivers off of the website, but it didn't resolve any issues.
This is what my device manager says:

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Does the p8z77v have more than one USB 3.0 chipset? If so did you install all drivers?

The latest Asmedia USB drivers I can find are Version 1.16.12.0.

The latest Intel as you're using Win7 are Version: 1.0.9.254

If you install those, what happens? What is the error in there anyway?
