+0.1V for MCH, enough or not? it runs stable once entered Windows, non restarting at all, i mean. The above mentioned keep-on-restarting & go-back-to-default only occur during cold start-up before POST!

.1 on mch should be ok enough for that FSB. But try like 1.45 Vcore or something. Its not like 1.45 is really that high or will hurt. I had mine tested on prime at 1.462

If not just RMA it and get a 965PT and save yourself some cash. Never heard about any violent restarting fits with those >.>
