Should I buy?

Amazon's deal of the day has peaked my interest.

I currently own a Denon AVR-1610 which while nice, lacks 3d capabilities and I can't stream my music to it. The Yamaha does both and will accept 4k signals and apparently upscale as well. It seems like a steal for 300. I realize its not the greatest thing ever and its an older model but it seems a significant upgrade and should last me into and possibly through 4k evolution. I am not that familiar with Yamaha AVR's though.

What do you all think?

Yamaha - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007JF85WE/ref=gbsl_tit_l-1_4142_894036a5?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_t=701&pf_rd_s=left-new-1&pf_rd_r=0XKZXEW4VCYJ0PAS6PYE&pf_rd_i=20&pf_rd_p=1671394142

If it helps, I have the Klipsch quintet 5.1 and a definitive pro sub 800 hooked up to it.

I pulled the trigger, price was amazing, reviews were great and I can always return it if I change my mind.
