Problems getting a stable OC

Hey all,

I built a new rig a couple months ago. Runs quite nice at stock settings, but if I use manual settings for the FSB speed, it won't run stable. It's the same whether I OC by 10 MHz or if I ramp it up to 3 GHz.

System specs:
Conroe E6300
Gigabyte DS3
2 gig matched pair GSkill 4-4-4-12
ATI x1800xt
550w antec
Water cooling setup (proc only)
80mm fan blowing on mobo chipset heatsink

When I say it's unstable, I mean it'll crash randomly about every 4 hours or so. It'll just up and die. If I run Orthos, I'll get rounding errors (though Orthos runs fine at stock settings.)

Here's all the things i've tried:
Cranking up memory speeds (5-5-5-16)
Increasing DIMM voltage (+0.2v)
Increasing FSB voltage (+0.1v)
Increasing GMCH voltage (+0.1v)
Increasing core voltage (Up to 1.4v)
Disabling Legacy USB storage thingy
Setting PCI-E speed to 100 mhz
Testing memory with memtest86 (ran successfully for a night)
All of the above at the same time

At this point, I'm running quite low on ideas. Kinda sucks cause I get just ridiculous benchmarks when it's overclocked.. I just can't get it stable. Any ideas?

What are your temps?

It sounds like a heat issue, although you do have water cooling. Google for Core Temp and download it

I checked my memory for a night using memtest86.

I got Core Temp, it reports about 102 deg f. for each core idle, and about 109 deg f under load. These temps are the same at both 1.86 GHz (stock) and 2.8 GHz.
