the ONLY problem ive ever had with a 360 controller was playing Fight Night Round 3 for hours on end... swinging that joystick with intensity hours on end may cause a blister on your thumb, be aware!! my fault though not the design's.. i cant help but press harder on the joystick in the middle of a boxing match.. kinda like you people that cant help but lean when youre playing a racing game and taking a tight turn LOL
The Xbox was the best console I ever had... and I plan on getting a 360 this summer. Microsoft isn't all bad.

E3 is no more, but it's true. Wait.

The console world is not the PC world, meaning you aren't going to purchase your stuff for the console the same was as for your PC.
A console is also slightly more future safe.

There is indeed too much fanboyism. I can't stand people saying PS3 > all, because what the hell does the PS3 have that the PS2 and PS1 doesn't, apart from blu-ray?

Why is that important? You shouldn't really aim for graphics on a console, but by innovation. If I were to choose a console, I'd choose a Wii because:
1) I've owned the newer Nintendo consoles (GC and N64)
2) Extremely innovative, unlike the PS3. The 360 is also slightly innovative, but not as much as the Wii.

My 10 year old bro has every single console from n64 to Wii, besides the 360, and the only one i like is the PSP, and mabye zelda on Wii.
It is fanboyism what you're doing. The PS range has on improvements at all apart from graphics, processor and CD drive here at the PS3.

It will never looks worse. Why do you want to game for graphics? It's pitiful doing that, it's like playing Oblivion though you hate it.

At least someone actually can think here. I don't like the PS2 controller either, because it gives me sore hands after playing an hour or so. I have very big hands.

And, can't you replace the xbox controller with a ps2/3 controller? (as a mod, of course)
Why do you want to change the controller? The controller is what usually makes a console, together with all other innovation.

See me as a fanboy, but I'm not.
I dislike Microsoft AND Sony, but Microsoft's consoles (Xbox and Xbox360) were both a big hit, and did have some excellent titles for it.

GOW is a MUST buy if you're getting a 360. And no, I don't think there are any combos.

On what? If you look at comparison websites you will find that with the same games, Xbox360 looks better on all of them, the PS has had its day and its time to move over. Also, you will need to buy a HD-DVD drive next year when Blu-Ray goes bust!

I was a huge PS fan, but would never buy them now, 360 ftw!

I have both and the 360 it a better system right now. that may change in a year but it will take at least a year for it to happen ...I do not see much of a difference in the controllers between the 360 and the ps3 though the ps3 is a lot lighter (bad IMO) and the control sticks are aligned with each other but I switch back and forth between them and really the placement of the sticks is fine on both...now you do notice the lack of the dual shock on the PS3.

As far as games I have about 10 games for the 360 and 2 for the PS3 so that says a lot...

Image quality both are good and about the same Lvl to early out of the gate to make a call on that one.

If I was only getting one, I would go with a 360 now as waiting a year for PS3 to evolve might not be something your into.
