Hello Guys

Thread Starter
Looking to do an autocad/revvit program build for a good friend of mine for his mechanic shop. Obviously going with a intel cpu just not sure which one. Budget for the build isnt the most important as it will be written off just mabye help me with a few build options? Dont worry about psu/s or case or ram and all that. Just advise for cpu/mobo and gpu, usually just build gaming builds so just want a little more advice before I get gear. Any one have any ideas?

For autocad I'm using a i7 3930k with ASUS rampage iv extreme and gtx 780. I have zero problem running this software and everything is buttery smooth.

I also used a I7 3770k with ASUS z68 deluxe + gtx 680 prior to this build and seen no difference in performance in both 2d and 3d rendering.

All this to say that a good 4 core + hyperthreading, with gtx 680 performance equivalent would suffice.

I do not have experience with revvit so I can't help you on that end.
