Can i mix SSD's for RAID?

I have 2 kingston ssd's, a 60gb and a 120gb, can i use them for RAID? im a noob with SSD's, first time buying them.

Raid array will be 2 X the size of the smallest and maybe 30% faster than the slowest.

Generally, a bad idea!
