Shut downs during gaming, PSU related?

I just put together my Sig Rig and I am getting complete shutdowns during gaming. It normally happens during Crysis 3 after a few minutes of gaming. I have a power angel at the office that I plan on bringing home to do some tests on Monday night.

I have checked a few PSU calculators and they have recommended a 650w PSU which I have.

I believe the Silverstone 650w PSU is one of the largest capacity power supplies that will natively fit into the Node 304 case. I am willing to move the bracket back another 10mm so that I can fit a larger unit inside but I want to make sure that the PSU is the cause of this problem before I buy a replacement.

My CPU and GPU are not overclocked and I have added a 2.5" HDD into the mix as well. I am running one fan on the water cooler unit.

Any advise would be great.

Ah yes forgot to mention that.
CPU maxes out at 65C and my GPU is 80C.
I do not believe that the PSU is overheating as it is getting outside air from the bottom of the case.
I have not checked the motherboard temps but I can do that on Monday.
